Privacy Policy — Prine Time Fitness Publisher

Prine Time Fitness Publisher is a creator-operations application used by Kimmy Prine and her authorized team for Prine Time Fitness. This policy explains how the application handles information received through Facebook and Instagram connections and related creator-publishing operations.

Information the application may access

Depending on the permissions granted by an account owner, the application may access:

• Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, names, usernames, profile information, and account-management permissions.
• Content and media information, including posts, captions, titles, publication status, links, and content identifiers.
• Available engagement and performance information used to understand how creator content performs.
• Comments, messages, and related information when the owner has granted the relevant permissions and authorized a workflow that requires them. Permission availability does not mean those features are automatically used.
• Access tokens and other application credentials needed to maintain authorized connections.
• Operational records such as approval records, publishing packages, timestamps, error status, and publication receipts.

The application does not ask people to send Facebook or Instagram passwords, recovery codes, or verification codes in a chat message. Account authorization is completed through Meta's services. Application credentials supplied directly by an authorized administrator are collected through masked entry and stored separately from public content.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the creator workflow, including preparing and publishing approved content, verifying its destination and visibility, preventing duplicate uploads, producing performance reports, and maintaining authorized account connections.

Connecting an account does not automatically publish content or enable cross-posting. Publishing and other outward-facing actions require separate approval under the workflow's operating policy.

The application is not intended to provide services to unrelated account owners or to collect personal information unrelated to Prine Time Fitness's authorized creator operations.

Access and service providers

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting necessary functions such as hosting, security, analytics, and AI-assisted drafting or operations, subject to applicable platform rules. Public posting makes the approved content available on the selected platform under that platform's settings and policies.

Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect security, legal rights, or the safety of people using the services.

Storage and security

Credentials and operational records are stored on the private systems used for the creator workflow. Access controls and restricted file permissions are used to limit access. Credentials are kept out of public publishing packages and are not intentionally included in ordinary operational logs.

No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

Account connections and operational records are retained while needed for authorized creator operations, security, troubleshooting, audit history, or applicable legal obligations. Data no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or de-identified. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or expire under the relevant backup process.

Your choices and deletion requests

An account owner can revoke the application's access through the applicable Facebook or Instagram settings. Revocation stops future access through that authorization but may not remove information already stored by the application or posts already published on a social platform.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by the application, email kim@prinetimefitness.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or content, but do not include a password, access token, recovery code, or verification code. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

See the application's data-deletion instructions at https://prinetimefitness.com/data-deletion/. Requests are subject to applicable legal and security obligations. Removing a social-media post is a separate action from deleting application-held records.

Meta services

Facebook and Instagram are operated by Meta and are governed by Meta's own terms, settings, and privacy policies. This application does not control Meta's independent handling of information.
